I had texted the driver that I was 20 mins away and then found out I had to ring. Nevertheless, it didn't take long for someone to be there and handover the car. Same on arrival. Good value for money and most definitely cheaper than taking a taxi.

Car drop off process at T5 LHR worked perfectly fine with telephone instructions on where to go in short term car park clear and easy to follow. Checking in within 5 minutes of leaving car. On return needed to wait about 20 minutes as we had over estimated how long it would take after landing to get baggage back and walk to short term car park. Car returned promptly and in the condition we had left it. Would use them again if holidaying for a week or so.

On time and we even arrived early and they were able to accommodate this. Very pleasant drivers. Would definitely use again

Good overall service. They start operating from 4am but that means the earliest drop of is really 4.30am. We were looking for a 4am drop off but that didn't happen - nor were we told. Once arrived though it was quick and simple to drop off and pick up - even though the driver went to the wrong floor - but they called and we went and met him. We used a woucher code and received 20% off so good price.

This parking service was excellent. It was amazing value for money and made everything stress free and easy. We just dropped the car off outside the terminal and picked it up from the same place. There was no waiting around and it meant we didn't hav e to drag the kids all over the place. Will definitely use again if we are flying from Heathrow.

Overall the service was good. However we had to wait quite a long time for your driver when we dropped the car off. Pick up, on the other hand was pretty good. We would use you again as value was good, your guys were polite and you looked after my car for two weeks.

Picked up the car early, it wasn't a problem. car was well looked after, obviously parked locally as not much fuel was consumed. I would use them again.

My only area of discontentment is that some tobacco was in the foot well by the drivers seat I am not a smoker - and although I don't think anyone had smoked in the car after it was collected by me - as the car did not smell of smoke - I think it must have fallen out of the drivers pocket ? Good value.Drop off good and efficient but had to wait 45mins after call for car to be delivered to T/2.Returned in filthy state with something spilt and runs of dirty stains on near side drivers and rear doors,also black dust all over.Their was also a very small dent on top of N/S front wing I don't like complaining but I only think you should be aware especially as you requested the review.Ironicaly I own and run a chauffeur business but used you're services for convenience and price.Despite my comments I will use you're services again and recommend you where appropriate Thanks Norman Bull

Good service

Service was good and about the same price as self park. It took a while for someone to turn up to collect the car but traffic was bad and the car was returned in minutes even though we arrived back an hour early. Would use again.

The collecting chap was there waiting when we arrived at the airport, so absolutely no delays dropping off. And returning the car was also very prompt (we beat him to the drop off point because we had no luggage to collect and passport control had no queues so we were off the plane and out of the airport in record time :-) ). It was all undercover and very smooth and quick, with no problems, so a great service. Would recommend and use again (especially as they were the cheapest :-) ).

Departing from t5 Lhr was a bit confusing from the paperwork we had and finished up in the wrong place but they came and found us no problem. On return we literally walked to the car park and the car was waiting for us. Excellent service friendly drivers and a good price. No damage to vehicle which had only been driven a few miles. Very satisfied despite some of the adverse feedback I read before I left.

On arrival I called as requested 30 minutes prior to arrival. We arrived on time and had to wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. Why don't you ask for 50 minutes notice to improve punctuality ? On return again we called once we collected the baggage and proceeded to the agreed location. Had been waiting for 25 minutes and called Wiz Park. They advised us the driver was in the Tunnel and would reach us in 2 minutes. We gave it another fifteeen minutes and called again. Driver arrived but at a different location. It took another 8 to 10 minutes to have the car returned. In summary from the initial phone call it took about 55 minutes to get into the car. You can make your own judgement whether this is good or bad however I think to me this looks average to slightly leaning to poor. Should I be happy the car was not damaged ? Only the rear windscreen wiper was dabbled with - an another occasion I had the same car was returned without the wipers.
