Luton247 Airport Parking Ltd is a professional Meet and Greet company catering London Luton Airport. We have been successfully trading over 3 years and our aim is to provide an exceptional meet and greet service to our customers. We have extensive experience in managing and operating meet and greet service at London Luton Airport and we seek an opportunity to partner with you in serving your clientele.
Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 mintues prior to arrive at the Luton airport.
Driver will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at the Luton airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park.
One the day you come back from your trip, give a call to the same number while you collect your luggae. Come to the same SHORT STAY CAR PARK and our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle.
Important: We are an agent for featured Car Parks. We DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles. You are required to contact Luton 247 when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. Luton 247 's contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. We do not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUAABLE ITEMS IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU WISH TO DO SO THEN PLEASE OBTAIN A RECIPT FROM THE DIRVER

Other than the telephone conversations being difficult to understand due to bad connection, background noise and unclear speech the service and personnel were fantastic.

This service is excellent value for money.
We arrived back over an hour late due to the poor weather in the SE but it didn't make any substantial difference. We were told to wait in the Terminal for 10 minutes before making our way to the Car Park.
The car wasn't taken to far away; just 12 miles by my reckoning.
Will definitely use again.

Phone call the morning we were leaving the car was very reassuring. Prompt arrival from staff who was really friendly. Arrived back to uk earlier than planned but a simple phone call and was told 5 minutes and our car would be ready. We were very pleased and would use them again. Also far cheaper than competitors.

Very convenient,text them to let them know we had 3 1/2 hour delay on our return,came through baggage reclaim very quickly and our car was there,ready to go!

Excellent service just drop of your car leave with merry parking staff they take car to secure parking when you get back call the number given to you as you collect your cases and by the time you get back to drop of point your car is waiting cannot fault this service. very good for price charged.

Called the parking attendants 30 minutes before arriving, they informed us exactly where to go (short stay carpark - zone 11), parked up without fuss and walked straight to the terminal.
On the way home called them when picking up our bags and car was ready when we arrived - friendly men working there who had a little joke with us and got us on our way quickly.
Would definitely use again!!

Car was collected OK but no info or person to meet when we got to Luton which is quite chaotic. Car was in same condition as left it. Return took a long time so stood around for 25 mins although was very busy day. Luton not great for parking full stop.

A very good service. Met at Luton airport on time although with the construction going on at the present time it was a little confusing where to go for the car drop-off. I was grateful for the phonecall from MerryParking which I received immediately after I got off the plane. Unfortunately, the baggage belt was slow so there was a delay in me getting out of the airport but I was happy that my car and the representative were there waiting for me. Thanks!

I left the car for four days with Luton 24/7. They do exactly what it says on the tin. Only 6 miles on the clock so clearly they park the cars fairly locally. Drivers very polite. Will definitely use them again.

That was a good experience n v comfrtbl, evn da times chnges bcoz of traffic n thn flight but overall it was good experience with the company if thy reduce their charges bit low then it will b da one n only best services for ppl, u knw ppl always preffer small chrges but thy still good wid their price, if thy do so thy wil for sure get more business.. The process was painless and as long as you follow the instructions it is painless and efficient. Meet n greet is the way forward, others may be cheaper but do you really need another bus journey at the end of a long flight? As a careful Scot I say 5 Stars.

Would definately use this service again. Had my pregant daughter and young grandson with us and they told us to us to wait inside the airport and they would ring me back when our car was in the carpark. They did and it was, most impressed.
