• Low price! as it can be high if you pay on arrival at the car park.
• You may have to hop from on car park to the other if car parks are full.
• You can use your own vehicle without paying for taxis and arrive and departure as you please.
• If you share the vehicle with friends then you can share the fee among them as we charge per vehicle.
Its more like a valet service. Drive the vehicle to the designated car park at your departure terminal and hand over the keys & the vehicle to the driver who is waiting there.
Upon return contact the car park to inform you arrived and ready to pick up the vehicle. They will bring the vehicle back to the car park at your arrival terminal.
The security measures and facilities each car park has, differ from one to the other.
• Most of the car parks Merry Parking works are Park-Mark Awarded from the 'British Parking Association' for appropriate lighting and security measures, effective surveillance and clean environment.
We also have Airport Approved car parks as well.
• All the card parks are monitored by CCTV and have secure fencing.
• Vehicles are driven by fully insured drivers who hold full UK driving license.
Once you confirm the booking, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of booking. This confirmation consists of the parking procedure you need to follow along with the contact number of the car park.
The drivers and car parks are quite familiar with such delays so all you have to do is, call the car park and keep them informed as soon as you land. However we take your arrival flight number so the drivers can also monitor the flight schedules and act accordingly.
There may be an additional days/hours charge and you are required to pay that fee directly to the Driver/car Park. Rates will differ to the online rates.
Additional return fee may also be charged if it’s outside normal operational hours.
You have to keep the car park informed of such changes. Please contact the car park provider (the number printed on your booking confirmation) and informed of your early arrival.
No refunds for the unused days/hours and depending on the car park provider an additional fee may incur which you have to pay directly to the chauffer driver.
Booking confirmation and the payment confirmation will be emailed to the email address (entered at the time of booking) once the full payment has been collected. You can request for copies via phone or emailing help@merryparking.co.uk
If you need a VAT receipt that we can obtain from the relevant car park you booked. Merry Parking cannot issue any VAT receipt.
As per HMRC VAT Receipt Guideline, The HMRC states that a full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator handling your parking as under HMRC guidelines, www.merryparking.co.uk act solely as an Agent and therefore we are unable to provide a VAT invoice and can only show the Gross Payment of your parking. See HMRC Guide to Agents sections 22.5 and 23.1 you may of course request one from the car park you have chosen.
FOR CLARIFICATION THE TERM CARPARK REFERS TO THE COMPANY HANDLING THE STORAGE, PICKING UP AND DELIVERING OF THE VEHICLE. THE TERM BOOKING AGENT REFERS TO www.merryparking.co.uk.
Please send your request to help@merryparking.co.uk and we will request the VAT receipt from the car park on your behalf.
Cancellation of a booking can only be accepted in written form. Therefore please email us (info@merryparking.co.uk) stating the booking reference to cancel the booking.
If there is a refund then this will be credited to the relevant credit/debit card used at the time of booking. However the card handling fee/Booking Fee/SMS charge which were charged are non-refundable.
The above information also applies if a booking has been made for incorrect airport or is cancelled or unused due to a third party action. Please note the cancellation must be made by email, telephone cancellations/SMS are not acceptable.
All amendments are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation/amendment charges will also be applied. Some products on merryparking.co.uk cannot be amended so please check the cancellation policy prior to booking.

Coupon codes issued/given by merryparking.co.uk can ONLY be redeemed online or over the phone against the parking products and services displayed on www.merryparking.co.uk. However you cannot redeem the coupons against every product or the service. Please read the terms and conditions.
All coupon codes have an expiry date so once its expired, you cannot redeem the coupon codes. Coupon codes cannot be exchange for cash or redeem at any other third party web sites.

This is will sorely depend on the cancellation policy which is mentioned for the product/service you book.
When you request the cancellation request, booking will get canceled and refunds will process as per the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card, which was used at the time of booking.
Money will be released from Merry Parking accounts immediately but the bank may take few working days to process the transaction.
However the credit/debit card fee/Booking Fee/SMS charge that were charged are non-refundable.

If the complaint is about the car park/vehicle or the service you received then please keep the driver informed at the time of dropping the vehicle or collecting to have a record of the complaint.
You can also contact the car park via the number mentioned in the booking confirmation and proceed with the complaint as they instruct.
However please email (help@merryparking.co.uk) us with your complaint and we can forward it to the relevant car park. Please email or call the car park within 14 days after you pick up your vehicle. They will be contacting you directly with regards to the complaint or they may email Merry Parking. Once we receive a response from them, we will send you their response via email.
