Operating at Gatwick airport, we have built our business to what we consider the best meet and greet service available. We ensure all customers will receive a great service, safe and the best value for money when you book with us.
Important: Merry Parking is an agent for the featured Car Park. We DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles.
You are required to contact the Gatwick Parking Spaces when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. Their contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Merry Parking do not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park.
Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 minnutes prior to arriving at the Gatwick airport.
The driver will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at the Gatwick airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park.
One the day you come back from your trip, give a call to the same number while you collect your luggage. Come to the same SHORT STAY CAR PARK and our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle. You need to pay the exit fee of £ 4.00 to Gatwick Airport on your way out.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUAABLE ITEMS IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU WISH TO DO SO THEN PLEASE OBTAIN A RECIPT FROM THE DIRVER

I parked my car for 4 days with Merry Parking nd their service was excellent. I meet and greet the individual on time departing and my car also come back on time arriving.

Would have been a very good if I had known I needed to ring them once I disembarked at gatwick.
Therefore went to where told car would be, rang them as it wasn't there, this is when they told me and said it was in instructions which, having checked them, it was not.
However the car was brought quickly. Having had to change my arrangements before the trip which was dealt with promptly, being met at the airport with no problems, actually good service. Just need to check the instructions sent out are accurate,

It was nice and easy to drop the car at the caraprk near the terminal and walk across but I felt the whole process was disorganised.... I rang to say I was on my way approximately 20mins before getting to the airport but there was no one to meet me and I was unsure where to park my car and who would be meeting me.
I had the same problem on my return, as my car wasn’t there when I arrived back (I had rung them to say we were ready for our car) and I had to phone again to check where they were.
Having said that the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would use the service again.... now I know the procedure. Thank you.

When we called the company on the morning of our departure, as instructed, you were not aware of our booking causing a delay at the drop off point
When we arrived back in the UK, we had to wait over 40 mins for our car to be returned.
I will not be using your services again in the future or recommending your services to my friends

1- I rang 20mins before I arrived to collect
2- was left standing in the cold and rain outside for 1 hour and 20 mins
3- rang 7 times and was told many different things when I rang. We are looking for your car, it’s on it’s way
4- also you didn’t answer me on the phone and had to call from another phone
