Operating at Gatwick airport, we have built our business to what we consider the best meet and greet service available. We ensure all customers will receive a great service, safe and the best value for money when you book with us.
Important: Merry Parking is an agent for featured Car Park. We DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles.
You are required to contact Gatwick Parking Services when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. Their contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Merry Parking do not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park
Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 minutes prior to arriving at the Gatwick airport.
The driver will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at the Gatwick airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park.
One the day you come back from your trip, give a call to the same number while you collect your luggage. Come to the same SHORT STAY CAR PARK and our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle. Your need to pay the exit fee of £ 4.0 to Gatwick Airport on your way out.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUAABLE ITEMS IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU WISH TO DO SO THEN PLEASE OBTAIN A RECIPT FROM THE DIRVER

Used Merry parking and was very impressed with the service I received a txt the evening before with instructions on what to do and where to go even though I had already received info via email the staff member at collection point walked around the car to check for any damage and then noted down milage with my confirmation. and had driven off but when I realised ten mins later that I had left my phone in the car and after a mad panic managed to call their office and was assured he would return promptly which he did. and I had left my phone on the back seat. even though I apologised for him having to return he stressed it was not a problem and that all was ok. I did feel the whole situation was very professionally handled even when I returned and collected case rang to let them know and by the time I got to the car park the car arrived 2 minutes later. Overall a really good experience and I will be definitely using them again the price and service was worth 5/5 Thank You

Myself and my wife have used Merry Parking for several years now and have always had first class service, whether it's been Heathrow, Bristol or Gatwick on this occasion.
The drivers are always friendly and they are there waiting for us to drop off our car or are there very quickly after we have collected our baggage.

The people on the phone and the actual attendants who picked up and returned our car were unfailingly helpful, flexible, polite and human. The pick up and return of the car was very efficient. We will certainly use you again.
