You will have to drive to Cambridge hotel to hand over the vehicle and the keys to the receoption. There is a form to fill as well. Please note that 

Car Park DO NOT accept any luggage like bike, bike boxes, snowboard and ski luggage for transfer to/from Airport. The Mini Bus operates on a first come, First Served Basis and there is a transfer fee of £4 per person each way. This needs to be paid to the hotel directly. 

Upon Arrival you need to call the hotel Cambridge so they can send the mini bus to pick you from the airport. It takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. 

Hotel Car park can't accept non-standard sized vehicles such as LWB Vans, Camper Vans, Pick up cars/trucks and commercial vehicles.(LIKE NISSAN NAVARA) Be aware that the Cambridge reserve rights to refuse the parking for these vehicles even if there is an existing booking. OR we are going to charge min £30.
