Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 15 mintues prior to arrive at the Manchester airport.

Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the the TERMINAL DROP OFF POINT at the Manchester airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park. 

One the day you arrive, give a call to the same number once you collected your luggage. Come to the TERMINAL DROP OFF POINT of your arrival terminal and our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle.
