The driver met us at the airport and was waiting for us when we arrived for the drop off. On return the wait was ten minutes from our call which was very good. Prompt service and courteous staff.

Amazing service saw the car waiting for us when we were about to touch down . Cleared customs got bags and on car within 15 mins. Excellent service will be using it again .

Never had a problem with this service! We have used them for over a year now on numerous business trips at Heathrow and Gatwick. We may have to wait a few minutes when we drop off the car but hardly ever when we return! Last Sunday there where 3 people waiting for their cars and overheard one saying he had been waiting over 20 min already with no sign of his car yet, we waited no longer than 5 and our car arrived earlier than they said! Great service we will definitely be using them again! Great prices and can always find a code to get a little extra discount. Thank you.

Excellent service every time we have used them. The collection guys are usually waiting when we drop the car off event when we had to change time at last minute. We have not really had to wait too long for the car delivery on our return. The guys are always polite , I would definitely use them again and recommend the company too. Costs are reasonable too

The telephone booking was very straightforward, we phoned on the way to the Airport as advised and was met on arrival by a very pleasant, smiling man. He checked the car over, took the mileage and the paperwork was done. We arrived back into the Airport and telephoned as advised. We walked into the parking area and our car was waiting. Worked well for us once I managed to make contact with them. Use email rather than phone/txt. I had a Groupon voucher for 7 days parking but as the holiday was 7 nights my paking was 8 days!!! Had to pay the difference, silly mistake but something to be aware of. The actual parking was excellent, all very polite and efficeint. They had no problem when our flight landed late and at a different terminal.

Arrival-I phoned as instructed 30minutes before arriving. I could not understand the phone operator. On arriving we had to wait 15minutes for someone to collect our car. On returning, again I called whilst collecting our luggage. I was told to call again when all luggage had been collected. Within 2minutes I phoned again but couldn't get through for 5 attempts. We when out to collect our car and had to wait 25minutes

The collecting chap was there waiting when we arrived at the airport, so absolutely no delays dropping off. And returning the car was also very prompt (we beat him to the drop off point because we had no luggage to collect and passport control had no queues so we were off the plane and out of the airport in record time :-) ). It was all undercover and very smooth and quick, with no problems, so a great service. Would recommend and use again (especially as they were the cheapest :-) ).

First time I have used Merry Parking... They offered great value for "meet and greet" compared to other providers. On arrival I did have a longer wait as we had got to Gatwick 45 minutes earlier than planned but was told to wait at McDonalds for a call back which we had and then directed to drop off point...only a 5 minute wait and the guys arrived to take the car away... On return we landed at North terminal rather than South but this was no problem for Merry Parking and the car was returned within 15 minutes of picking up luggage... Would recommend and definetely use again.....

If there is one small criticism from me and it could have been my fault, but i was unable to let you know that had been delayed for 24 hours. I had to ring someone in Enland and ask them to call you first thing in the morning because i was on on the plane when you opened. On arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 the pick-up driver was waiting for us and on our return we had no more than 5 minutes to wait for our car to be returned to us. Amazing service, just what you need after an overnight long-haul flight. Have used them before and will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend this company for "meet and greet".

When I first arrived my family and I had to wait for about 3 minutes or so. The driver was friendly however when I arrived we had to wait 35 minutes and we had just arrived from a long flight so it was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise pretty average. All in all would use again. A little hiccup as we had to wait for 35 minutes due to traffic prior to calling 40 minutes in advance. Would recommend to a friend.

I use Manchester Airport quite alot and have parked my car at the Long stay, short stay, other meet and greet companies and I can honestly say that the service, timing and professionalism of `Merry meet and greet`, has been the best so far, would I use them again, YES I would.

I was very pleased with merry parking they were helpful when I mistakenly gave them the wrong pick up date. Everything was arranged as expected and all worked out ok. Would thoroughly recommend them.

First time of using Merry Parking at Gatwick and certainly wont be the last. Travelling to the airport I received a text message telling me exactly where to go to meet the driver and when I called ahead, the office knew immediately which booking I was. Drop off was quick, easy and simple. Coming back, we were delayed due to the issues at Sharm. The company couldn't have been nicer. Advised me to stay in touch and when we knew which flight we were on, they would co-ordinate accordingly and at no extra change which was a really lovely touch and very much appreciated. We're using them again next year from Heathrow so will be good to be able to compare the different locations.

Thanks very much, just a couple of points, one when checking in, we were due to check in at terminal I checkin B, so I had to drop my wife and the bags off , then take the car to check in A to drop the car off, and make my way back to check in B on foot, a good two minute walk in the rain. Two, and this is not a criticism off Merry parking, but upon our return we again had to make our way to terminal 1 A departures, and when you have come through arrivals there are absolutely no signs for departures anywhere, so another frustration. The parking staff were pleasant enough though.

Very helpful and friendly people on the other end of the phone. An extremely simply system to use. Ring when 20 minutes away. Head for the car park and level you are guided to man turns up checks your paperwork and photographs your car takes your keys and you takeyourself off to the airport. On return ring when you land and again when you have colected your luggage and go back to the car park you started off in. Our car turned up 2 minutes after we did. Sign paperwork load up your luggage and leave. simple and I will use again.

We have found Merry Parking good for value and service for the previous years. But this year we had a slight issue on our return to Manchester the car meeting point was moved to the airport train station terminal without any prior notice to our arrival. This caused a problem to my partner who is still recovering from a stroke and finds walking hard work at the moment. This was a disappointment and put a bit of a negative end to her holiday. This was possibly due to the on going work at terminal 2 but a bit of prior notice would have been appreciated.

On a different day I'm sure I would have rated Merry Parking very good or excellent, but we were rather unlucky especially on departure. On departure the phone number we had been provided didn't work and the office phone number is only maned Monday to Friday. - We have a smart phone and were chatting to someone via a 'live chat' who was trying to help us when someone actually called us because we had not yet phoned them. - Not exactly stress free. On our return they were a little busy an although we were practically bang on time, they were a bit busy and we had to wait 15 mins for our car to arrive. Minor hick-ups aside, I would use them again. They were very friendly, very apologetic and very reasonably priced.

Used Merry parking and was very impressed with the service I received a txt the evening before with instructions on what to do and where to go even though I had already received info via email the staff member at collection point walked around the car to check for any damage and then noted down milage with my confirmation. and had driven off but when I realised ten mins later that I had left my phone in the car and after a mad panic managed to call their office and was assured he would return promptly which he did. and I had left my phone on the back seat. even though I apologised for him having to return he stressed it was not a problem and that all was ok. I did feel the whole situation was very professionally handled even when I returned and collected case rang to let them know and by the time I got to the car park the car arrived 2 minutes later. Overall a really good experience and I will be definitely using them again the price and service was worth 5/5 Thank You

On return after a phone call to company saying that we had just gone through passport control we proceeded to the express drop of area. The driver was waiting with the car. We were on the road on our way home in less than 30 mins from landing. What a great service. No waiting around for buses.

The person was there to meet us on arrival (been with other meet and greets who I've had to wait around for so this was welcome), and on return once we finally got through (number was engaged for a few minutes) to them they confirmed the car would be waiting and it was. Overall a very good experience and has restored my fairth in meet and greet services.

We were met promptly by the driver on arrival at the specified area in the airport. The driver was very polite, took details of the car, mileage etc. we were re-assured that he car would be parked in a secure area about 3.5 miles from the terminal. The car was delivered promptly after we phoned to say we had collected our baggage. The mileage was exactly as it should be, and the car as we had handed over. We are really pleased with the service, and would gladly use the service again. The pricing was at least 40% cheaper than any other.

Great service our return flight arrived back at Bristol early and when we called to confirm our arrival we were greatly surprised and pleased to be told the driver was already there waiting for us, so they had obviously checked the flights times. Overall the service was very good. On arrival there was a delay in accessing the terminal car park which required us waiting for further instructions but staff were courteous. Bit of a mix up when I left the car as I had changed the car I was leaving. It had all been cleared with you and new arrangements confirmed but the driver had the wrong information when he came to pick up the car which caused a slight delay. When I picked it up on my return the mat on the driver's side was covered in mud which was a bit disappointing as when we have used you before plastic mats were used to keep the inside of the car clean. On the whole though I was pleased. The price was very reasonable and the drivers were pleasant and polite.

Brilliant. I called as a new customer as i was parked outside drop off/departures and someone came round straight away and took my vehicle. When i returned from holiday 4 days later at 1am and called them someone turned up with my car minutes later. The cost was very reasonable as well. Doesnt get better than that. Highly recommend.

Firstly I had to change the holiday as I was going to Tunisa. I did get a call from the parking asking where the car was for original day so was a bit concerned. Slight confusion at Luton where to meet but all fine in the end. The pick up was OK as we was delayed and the luggage was held up so they had to take the car back as you can only stay in the short term for 15 min before being charged. All in all a fairly good service.

We have used Merry Parking several times, and, apart from one time when they used a different sub contractor, have had great service. The chauffeurs are prompt, polite and courteous. The one time we had a problem we got in touch with them and they were most apologetic, gave us a discount on our next parking and told us they had stopped using the sub contractor. All in all, a reliable and value for money service.

As value for money, Merryparking is excellent. We had a couple of hitches ...all resolved. On departure, though the driver turned up ok, he had no details, so I had to let him photograph me “contract”. On our return though booked for 7 am, at first there was only an ansaphone, and when we finally got through (having already got our luggage) we had to wait for nearly an hour. All was well once we were on the road.

Phone call the morning we were leaving the car was very reassuring. Prompt arrival from staff who was really friendly. Arrived back to uk earlier than planned but a simple phone call and was told 5 minutes and our car would be ready. We were very pleased and would use them again. Also far cheaper than competitors.

Good value.Drop off good and efficient but had to wait 45mins after call for car to be delivered to T/2.Returned in filthy state with something spilt and runs of dirty stains on near side drivers and rear doors,also black dust all over.Their was also a very small dent on top of N/S front wing I don't like complaining but I only think you should be aware especially as you requested the review.Ironicaly I own and run a chauffeur business but used you're services for convenience and price.Despite my comments I will use you're services again and recommend you where appropriate Thanks Norman Bull

Had to catch an early flight so phoned number given at 5am. Contact was obviously at home and very difficult to understand with background family noise etc. Told to go to Short term car park at no 11. When we arrived we stood around for 15 mins and nobody came to enquire why we were there. Phoned number given for a second time, again difficult to understand. Eventually told, curtly, that we had to report to the men in hi-viz jackets standing under no. 11. Even then this was wrong as the Merry Parking driver was attending to others some distance away. Eventually left our car with him. Chaotic start to our holiday. When we returned there was no problem. We have booked Merry Parking several times in the past and this is the first time we have encountered any difficulty.

We were met at the airport, no waiting around. The same on return, we were greeted almost as we walked out of the airport.

I thought the service was very good, however there was quite a wait when I arrived back (>30 mins). In Merry Parking's defense I think there was an issue with a road block due to storms, but I think a call to me would have been ideal to let me know about the delay instead of me having to phone to check.

I must admit having never used this service before I was worried about the safety of my vehicle. The service I received from this company was exceptional. Felt like a VIP IN ALL HONESTY. On the way there I called them 15 minutes before hand and guess what somebody was there to meet me at exactly the specified time. The person I met was very friendly very polite and very professional. They took my car away and I felt I was in good hands. All I had to do was to drive to the terminal pick up point. On the way back again I called 15 minutes before hand just like before when dropping the car off. My car was there in the same condition I handed it to them two weeks before. All I had to do was to load my bags into the boot. The person who drop the car off was very polite friendly and professional. I would highly recommend for you to use this company. Takes all the hassle of having to drive to the parking point wait for buses, loading and unloading bags and THEY ARE CHEAPER. Thank you very much for your excellent service once again.

You park at the short term car, which is reasonably convenient, although you are still a good walk from the terminal if it was pouring down with rain. Drivers were friendly and helpful, but it would help in finding them if they wore some sort of high visibility jacket with the company name on. Overall, I would rate the service as good.

Great service, called when 20 minutes away and when we got to the airport someone was there waiting for us. They took pictures of the car which we thought was a great idea for both parties. Quick and easy process with 2 minute walk to airport. On return journey we called when leaving the airport and our car was waiting for us when we got to the car park. We used this company to park two cars. The service was impeccable and will certainly use again. Cars returned as we left them, barely any petrol used and on return they gentleman was stood waiting next to our cars with boot open and offered to help load the luggage. I phone half an hour before arrival and they gave us detailed instructions on where to park the car. They were waiting for us in the short stay car park when we arrived at Luton Airport. On the way back, I phoned when we got our bags and they said they would be 20 minutes and as it was cold outside, to wait in the terminal and they would call when they arrived, which they did. They were very courtious and looked after the car, making sure we checked it over before handing it back. We always use this service and would definately recommend it.

Excellent service when we dropped the car off and the guy helped us unload and was very helpful. When we returned we had to wait about 20 minutes and when the car arrived the boot and rear bumper was covered in leaves - it had obviously been parked under an oak tree. When I said to the guy about it he just said "oh sorry about that", asked me to sign his sheet and went.

Everything all worked as we would have liked when we booked. Arrived at the airport to be greeted and the car arrived within minutes once we landed back at Bristol. Would do that again. Well done.

I was very impressed with the Merry Parking staff and service I received but I do have one thing which I was not very impressed with. The area for Meet and Greet parking was extremely badly sign posted and then when getting their the amount of space for parking up and unloading the car, bearing in mind I have 2 young children, was very disappointing. I don't believe this is not Merry Parking's fault, more to do with the airport, but it would put me off booking this service again.

Service was 5* from start to finish using the Super Saver Luton Meet and Greet service. Car dropped off with ease, and was ready for our collection with no waiting around. No need for our pre-concerns. Car had done 15 miles on return which is same as where their off site base is. Thoroughly recommend this company and service!

Very friendly service. Only criticism would be time keeping. We advised Merry Parking that we would be dropping the car off at 5am for our 7.30am flight but when we called 10mins before as advised they said there was a wait and were still dealing with the 4.15am drops. The wait wasn't that bad and our car was taken approx 5.30am but still had us in a bit of a panic. Would book again though so hasn't put us off but would arrive earlier to be safe.

We arrived at Heathrow after calling as requested before hand and had to wait about 15 minuets for the driver to arrive. On return we arrived early and rang once we had our bags. When we rang we were told we would have to wait until our allotted time for our car and it arrived about 10 minuets late. Drivers were very courteous and the car was clean. Overall a good service.

This was the first time we had used Merry Parking though had previously used a slightly more expensive competitor. The agent met us on time, in fact we had a phone call from him whilst we were in transit, as we were slightly later arriving than we had planned. The hand over process was slick, and on our (very late) arrival 12 days later, we found our car waiting for us, with the same young man who had met initially. overall, a great service, which we will use again.

The service I received was excellent. My car clocked 10 miles. The driver was waiting when I arrived at Gatwick. I had to wait 5 minutes on return. My car was in exactly the same condition as leaving. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Great services. I have used the short stay park and ride at Stansted before and Merry Parking was both cheaper and easy to use. It cost me roughly half what I would have paid for short stay parking and didn't have to wait about for a packed bus that took forever stopping every 100m. The transfer from parking to the airport was very quick and easy and when returning a simple phone call when a baggage claim and the car was waiting to pick me up. Very friendly and polite staff. I will be using them anytime I have to park at Stansted in the future.

The gentleman who greeted us was cheery, friendly and helpful. He went through the procedure very well and checked all th necessary things. There was a slight delay whilst we waited but to be fair it was no more than 5 mins On the return we called when we landed and was told to call again when we claim the baggage. When we entered the car park the gentleman was there with our car waiting and followed the procedure by the book as well Overall a very good experience. A very easy and efficient booking system. I booked the meet and greet service over the phone about 2 weeks before we travelled for 2 weeks to Turkey from Bristol Airport. It cost £55, which was slightly cheaper than the park and shuttle service operated at the airport and much cheaper than their meet and greet service. The Merry Parking meet and greet service was very straightforward and much better than a shuttle bus. We rang a company representative about 20 minutes before we arrived at the airport and he arranged to meet us in the car park very close to departures. He inspected the car, wrote down the mileage and then left us to continue our journey. They park the car in a car park a few miles from the airport. The car park has the park mark symbol which is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police. On our return, we contacted the company after touching down and were met on our emergence from arrivals and the car was returned to us. We were impressed and happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend Merry Parking.

Excellent service. I received a phone call the day before confirming everything was still on track. We were met by a very polite helpful worker who took the car. On arrival back at Bristol Airport, called to advise we were back in blighty, the car was ready and waiting. I can't fault this service, will definitely use them again as with meet and greet we didn't have to drag cases around the car parks.

Original booking was made with ease... just at you would expect. However, the test came when I had to change, as short notice, my arrival time, due to the air traffic control strike, and being put on a different plane. Unfortunately, the office had closed by the time I had sorted out my arrangements, so had to make sure I got to a phone at 9am to bring my booking forward. This was done, at no extra charge, and all worked out fine. However, I was surprised that the office is only open standard office hours. The car delivery and collect were excellent. Not kept waiting at Luton when I returned. Would use again.

This was the first time we had used the services of Merry Parking and although I was a bit dubious at the prospect I have to admit the service was excellent. The guys who took away and returned the car were very professional, they were dressed smartly in CCP colours so they were easily recognisable. The car was examined for damage and milage recorded. The same process was carried out on car return. Overall a very smooth experience, just what you need after a flight.

Our plane landed at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 1030 pm and by 11pm we were in our own car on the road. I phoned as soon as we'd got our bags, walked through to the short stay car park, waited 10 mins and our car turned up. No damage, not dirty and no extra mileage on the car (I checked my mileage when I dropped the car off and took a photo of it). The man was very polite and I am very happy with Merry Parking. I'd use them again.

Driver collected vehicle at Departures door on time, provided me with assurance that our vehicle would be looked after and was bang on time, he also gave me very clear instructions for my return. On my return, my flight was delayed by two hours, I rang when collecting baggage, no mention of the delay and car was ready and waiting when we got outside. Good overall service. They start operating from 4am but that means the earliest drop of is really 4.30am. We were looking for a 4am drop off but that didn't happen - nor were we told. Once arrived though it was quick and simple to drop off and pick up - even though the driver went to the wrong floor - but they called and we went and met him. We used a woucher code and received 20% off so good price.

A bit disappointed when we called ahead on the morning of our flight and they had no record of our booking, and the person who had taken our booking, booked us in for 10:05 instead of 5:10am! However, this was rectified immediately and we were met in time. The collection team were also very good accomodating us when Easyjet decided to dump us off at the South Terminal rather than the terminal we were due to land into. This wasn't exactly a premier service, but at the price it wasn't bad.

Got to the airport area a good hour than planned due to less traffic than expected. Just before getting to the airport I rang to see if I could park earlier. The chap who answered said he'd call us back in 20 minutes or so and just past that time he rang and said directed me to drive to the airport. The car park is opposite the airport, just under a 10-minute walk - luckily it wasn't raining. It wasn't clear that we had to drive into the car park and take a ticket from the barrier, but there's nowhere to pull over and there didn't seem to be any other arrangement so I took a ticket and pulled in. The driver arrived a few minutes after us and was efficient and professional. He did a walk around my car, taking photos - and it made me think I should have done the same as well as making a note of my mileage before handing my car over. He gave a leaflet with numbers to call on return, which laid out all the details very clearly. I called on landing and only had hand luggage so was back at the car park fairly quickly. The same driver arrived with my car shortly after, everything seemed OK and and gave us the ticket to exit. I would use them again.

Our first time at Bristol airport. Drop off was satisfactory, difficult to identify Merry Park staff as there were several different Companies operating in a small area & we were unsure exactly where to park as the car park was very busy. When we found the right man the service was efficient. There was a very heavy rain storm when we landed & it was rush hour. The operator advised us that there was heavy traffic around the airport so the car would be delivered in approx. 20 mins. We were therefore really pleased when we got to the car park to find the car ready for collection but unfortunately there was no sign of the Merry Parking Operative. After standing in the rain by the car & approaching several other Companies I phoned again only to be told that all staff had gone to collect more cars & would be back at the car park in 10 mins or so. The total wait time was about 20 mins which wouldn't have been too bad if we knew exactly what was happening but the uncertainty & the heavy rain wasn't a pleasant Welcome Back to England! To top it all we then had to pay £1 to get out of the car park. Would we use Merry Parking again.....staff need to be more easily identifiable, & we now know what to expect so if the price was right - yes we probably would.

It was nice and easy to drop the car at the caraprk near the terminal and walk across but I felt the whole process was disorganised.... I rang to say I was on my way approximately 20mins before getting to the airport but there was no one to meet me and I was unsure where to park my car and who would be meeting me. I had the same problem on my return, as my car wasn’t there when I arrived back (I had rung them to say we were ready for our car) and I had to phone again to check where they were. Having said that the staff were very friendly and helpful, I would use the service again.... now I know the procedure. Thank you.

Brilliant for the price. Took a while to find the person who collected the car (this was the same with Bristols own meet and greet though), but only took 5 mins for them to return it after I landed. No problems with the car, didn't get the milk and bread I requested but then it was a novelty and not exactly as important as the actually car parking. All in all very impressed and will definitely use again next time.

However, pick up meant waiting around for a while - could that be improved? Of course you need to make sure you have your baggage before you phone but is there anything else that could be done. We were really impressed with the service. There was someone waiting for us when we pulled up in arrivals to take our car away and after calling once we'd picked up our bags on our return there was our car and a smiling face to welcome us back! No issues while flying out. Took 1 hour and 20 mins to get the car back while returning (after the phone call was made, which I did after collecting luggage). Driver apologised, but I consider this to be a very poor service for a valet car parking.

Because I had never been to terminal 2 before and I wanted to get a cup of tea after a 14 + hour flight I never call for the car until I was at the entrance to the car park where I got my tea, I was quoted 45 minutes for delivery of the car. By the time I got my tea checked a few calls and made my way to the carpark the car arrived. Very busy at the drop of point no parking spaces I made contact visually with the driver he went round the block and stopped for me no problem. Would use and recommend Merry Parking. I do think that this meet and greet parking was good, on arrival I had to wait 5 minutes for the car to be handed over as the driver had to go somewhere. Also due to building works at Luton it felt like a long walk over the gravel car park to the terminal building at 4am in the cold rain! Overall I was happy with the service and the car was returned quickly with no waiting around.

We used this service from Heathrow for our first trip from that airport and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We contacted the number when we were on our way, a fella came and signed the paper and off we went straight in to departures. No driving around or trying to find a space - Just right outside the main doors. Coming back after a 12 hour flight we contacted again when we had our bags and the car pulled up just as we exited the airport. It made the whole experience stressfree and it was excellent service and great value for money. I wouldn't look anywhere else in the future.

Excellent stress free service. Telephoned to say we were arriving at the aiport. We dropped the car off right outside terminal at the express drop of point on arrival, where a member of staff was waiting. On our return telephoned to say we had collected our luggage and was coming out of the airport. The car was delivered back to the same location as soon as we got to the collection point. Would definately use this service again.

I was very happy with the service. The only problem is thst my car is absolutely filthy. The roof is completely covered in seeds from i think sycamore trees. It has cost me £5 today which is a little unfair.

We actually used the Meet and Greet service at Bristol Airport and were very pleased with the service. The chauffeur arrived promptly to meet us when we dropped the car off at the airport and was there waiting for us when we returned from our holiday. He was very polite and helpful. The only disappointment for us was that we did not receive our complimentary bread, milk and newspaper on our return, which would have been very useful having had a tired 2 year old in tow. The price that we paid for the service was so good though that we are not complaining. We will definitely use Merry Parking again.

Called the parking attendants 30 minutes before arriving, they informed us exactly where to go (short stay carpark - zone 11), parked up without fuss and walked straight to the terminal. Arrived at Bristol airport at 4.30 am, waited for 5 mins for the car to be collected and checked. On return phoned to say just collected luggage and by the time we reached the car park the driver was there with the car, very good service will definitely use again.

Having never flown from Luton before, the directions made sense when we got there, despite the massive building project going on. The service at the airport, as usual, was excellent. My only gripe is that I am a member of the Merry parking system and received an e-mail offering substantial reduction if I booked immediately which I did. However, as I was flying from Birmingham there was no discount available on the computer booking system. I rang the office and was offered what appeared to be a 2.5% discount and in fact I finished up paying the price I would have had if I'd booked direct with Ace parking. I have always used Merry parking so I've no real gripe as the service has always been good. Just a price niggle on this one.

Reasonably priced for Heathrow airport parking but had to wait quite a long time (over 20 minutes) when I first arrived at the airport, even after phoning as requested. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time before my flight and I will know that I must do the same if I use this service again. Coming back was better but I still had to wait for between 10-15 minutes before the car was returned and yes, I had phoned them to give as much notice as possible.

Excellent pick up service. However, I booked this using a groupon voucher and paid for an extra day when booking. But your driver failed to take note of this on our pick up and attempted to tell us that we needed to pay more. Fortunately I had the confirmation with me. Not ideal at almost 4am. Apart from that the actual service was fine.

Mostly excellent I had a last minute panic when I'd downloaded the app to manage my parking and it didn't recognise my parking ref! Not what I needed on the morning of my flight and I couldn't get through to them by phone; waited long time listening to terrible music! Had a very pleasant experience with Terminal Parking. The car was taken from the airport terminal, that means I did not have to drive to a parking lot or take a shuttle to the terminal from the lot. The same on my way back, the car was brought to the terminal arrival gate at a location agreed on. Smooth. Follow the instructions when you book and you'll be gold. Thanks guys!

Attendant was waiting at the Airport to collect our car and all went seamlessly on the return journey as well. Big Plus factor - Car was already warmed up for us so no cold starting and shivering in the car waiting for the engine to heat up.

Departing from t5 Lhr was a bit confusing from the paperwork we had and finished up in the wrong place but they came and found us no problem. It was a hassle getting to Gatwick due to experiencing 3 diversions and something one can do without when it is around 01:00 and you are tired. However, Merry Parking took over as we reached Gatwick and the pressure was off. On our return everything went like clockwork and after contact Merry as per the instructions we were driving out of Gatwick in less then 1 hour after LANDING. I was very pleased with the overall level of service that we received. The phone contacts worked well, but one aspect that I think could be improved is the actual point of contact in the car park. When we arrived at the car park, we were told which floor to go but not a specific place to go to. It was therefore a bit frustrating waiting for someone to appear and identify themselves. Similarly, on our return we arrived at the appointed car park floor and then just had to wait for around ten minutes, watching all of the cars driving around until we spotted our car; even then we had no idea where the driver would park, or which aisle he would go down. No real answers to suggest, just feel that this is an area for potential improvement Oh and by the way the cost was excellent as well.

Excellent when flying out just a short delay on return but apologetic even though we were only talking 5-10 minutes - would definitely use again as more economic than ordinary parking with on site operator for short braks

Service was excellent. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and return so there was no waiting about whatsoever. Paying the small extra amount far outweighs the hassle of long stay self car parking and would now only ever use this service from now on.

good reliable service. it can be difficult to coordinate your arrival because of traffic, so there can be a delay if you get it wrong. Like wise you have to wait for your car to be delivered back. If you're happy with this it is a great service and I found them very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out. Graham

This service is excellent value for money. We arrived back over an hour late due to the poor weather in the SE but it didn't make any substantial difference. We were told to wait in the Terminal for 10 minutes before making our way to the Car Park. The car wasn't taken to far away; just 12 miles by my reckoning. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Upon return the proceedure was equally good with only a few minute delay waiting for the car to arrive. Probably because we did not have luggage to collect so we came through quicker than normal. I have used a number of parking companies at Bristol Airport, and I finally found Merry Parking a couple of years ago. I will always use the company because they are simply the best service and very good value. My car is always cleaned to perfection as I always ask them to valet clean it while I am away. They are always on time, hardly ever have I had to wait for more that 2-3 minutes...and that was because there was a queue to get into the parking area. So all in all, they are a great company to use.

I have had a super fantastic customer service from this company. I travel a lot and use them every time- No disappointments so far! They are the best, use merry parking for your airport parking in Heathrow and airports in the UK.

Why park anywhere else? We've used Merry Parking about 3 or 4 times now and they've all been good, but the Heathrow was the best! Once we arrived the driver was already waiting for us. We expected delays, but from dropping the car off to clearing security, 21 minutes! Very pleased.

The driver who dropped us off at Stansted told us about all the current issues there and gave us some valuable top tips so that we wouldn't miss our flight. I left the car for four days with Luton 24/7. They do exactly what it says on the tin. Only 6 miles on the clock so clearly they park the cars fairly locally. Drivers very polite. Will definitely use them again.

The drivers turned up on time and were very polite, I felt happy to leave my car with them. Luckily the when I called Merry before I dropped the car off, the operator gave me clear directions to the Meet and Greet part of the short term car park, because the signage at Luton airport was non-existent. When I did find it the area was very small for the volume of cars arriving on a busy Saturday morning. I am sure these are things completely out of the control of Merry Parking.

Driver very good indeed and most helpful. Instructions about how to get to the correct placevcould have been clearer. They perhaps need to say keep to left avoiding the three barriers that lead to levels 1-3 since these are the most well signposted as short stay car park and can distract from the level 4 route that is the desired one.

Pick up and delivery was good. Didn't have to wait to long after such a long journey. Will use your again.

Have never done a Meet & Greet before and was a bit dubious about leaving my car. I had absolutely no reason to be as the service was tip top, we were slightly early on both the drop off and pick up but the chauffeurs were waiting for us both times. Both were polite and friendly. Booked via a Groupon deal - best deal EVER!! The guy that met us and our car from Bristol airport was waiting for us following our call to say we were 19 mins away (according to the SatNag), he checked the car, we signed the forms and were advised that they monitor the flights so they would be there with the car when we arrived, so we were off on holiday. Upon our return, a quick call to Merry Parking when we came through arrivals to be told our car was waiting for us in the drop off area - amazing! Collected our keys, paid our £1 to get out the car park - holiday over and on our way home. Would thoroughly recommend this company - we hadn't heard of them either but will certainly use them again. Car was collected OK but no info or person to meet when we got to Luton which is quite chaotic. Car was in same condition as left it. Return took a long time so stood around for 25 mins although was very busy day. Luton not great for parking full stop.

No problems . All went smoothly. A little more info on Stansted carparks would have been helpful - perhaps a plan? - as I didnt really understand in advance where I would be meeting you.

This was my first experience of Merry Parking drop off parking but I have to say that it was fantastic. We followed the instructions given to us and our driver was with us within a couple of minutes to take the car away. On returning from our holiday we called the number as instructed and once again the car pulled up just as we were leaving the terminal building. Being the suspicious type, I noted down the mileage and there was only 11 miles added so wherever they keep the cars isn't far away. If your looking for a good value professional service then Merry Parking are the ones to use.

Great service even though drop off was very early in the morning. Only thing to improve would be signage as on collection there were many people that may have had knowledge of how long the car would be, I just decided to wait until I could see the car entering the car park.

First class service. They phoned me while I was on my way to Heathrow to check that I was on time. Driver was waiting for me at the entrance to show me where to stop. He checked the car for any damages and took the mileage before driving away. On returning I phoned them when I had picked up my luggage and the car was outside within 20 minutes Excellent service will definitely use again in the future

Not often does a company do exactly as it promises - this one does. Excellent service worked like clockwork I definitely recommend them!

Everything was just as described-no hassle on dropoff or return,and there were no sneaky extra fees tacked on to the price. Drivers were courteous. It was a very nice touch to have coffee and a newspaper in the morning when we departed.

Although apprehensive after reading about where the car was to be parked everything went smoothly and our car was returned efficiently even though our flight was delayed.

We've used baker parking services 4 times (3x at Gatwick, 1x at Heathrow) and the best experience was with Merry Parking at Gatwick south terminal. They arrived promptly for both collection and drop off (5min wait). The day before we travelled they sent us a text message with instructions and a phone number (much easier than trying to look up an email). Generally everything was v professional.

Unfortunately we were kept waiting for over 15 minutes at the drop off point despite having called 30 mins before as instructed which at 0530 is a pain when it's cold. That said, car was waiting for us when we arrived so all in all it was fine - things don't go to plan all the time!
