Delivering Vehicles out of the Operating Hours (04.00 - 23.59)

If the flight is scheduled after 23.59 their vehicle will be returned at 04.00 for an additional fee of £30 or if you requirethe car between 00.00 and 04.00 then the additional fee will be £80.

HOW DOES OUR SERVICE WORK:

You MUST call us on the Airport Operation's number when you are approximately 25 - 30 MINUTES from the airport. Our representative will guide you to the drop off point.

If you are early we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time, subject to a rebooking fee. A minimum of 30 minute's notice is required. If you do not call us and arrive before your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you. If you arrive before your agreed arrival time you will be subject to Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charges.

If you are running late you must call us at least 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time. We will then endeavour to rebook a new arrival time, subject to a rebooking fee. If you do not call us and arrive after your booked arrival time we cannot guarantee a driver will be available to meet you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS ON MY ARRIVAL BACK IN THE UK:

After COLLECTING your luggage you must call us on the Airport Operatio's number.  If you only have hand luggage please call after clearing passport control. Our representative will guide you to the pick up point.

Your vehicle will be ready for collection approximately 30 minutes after your flight has landed. If for any reason you experience a delay after landing you must contact us. You are required, once all luggage has been collected to contact us.

As per the restrictions on this booking you are required to pay the Express Set Down / Short Stay Car Park charge on drop off and pick up.

 

 


To provide you with the most efficient service you must call one of the numbers on your email confirmation 15 minutes prior to your arrival. Our representative will then guide you to the drop off point. Upon the Customer's request our representative will inspect your vehicle to note any dents, scratches, or any missing or broken parts. We will then bid you farewell.

Upon your return, after COLLECTING your luggage you simply call the number printed on your Parking Receipt. If you only have hand luggage, you should call after clearing passport control. We guarantee to return your vehicle within 15 minutes from the time of your phone call. In the majority cases we will be waiting to Greet you as you exit the Terminal.

Important:Merry Parking is an agent for featured Car Parks. Merry Parking DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles. You are required to contact Stansted Meet & Greet (SMG)when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. SMG's contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Merry Parking does not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUAABLE ITEMS IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU WISH TO DO SO THEN PLEASE OBTAIN A RECIPT FROM THE DIRVER

We had one problem - when we had retrieved our luggage we could not get through to either of the phone numbers - so we went direct to the pick-up point where we got through immediately - our car arrived in about 10 minutes. Apart from that small hiccup everything went extremely well and would use the service again.

we had to wait for 45 minutes after we had gone through passport control even though I had called to say we had landed , we could have caught a bus to the long stay carpark by then, saved ourselves some money and been on our way home
