This service operates between 04.30 till 20.00 

Our aim is to provide a stress free, secure and affordable parking solutions for all your travels to and from the Airport. 

We pride ourselves on delivering a truly personalised level of service whilst maintaining competitive rates. We assure your experience with us will be memorable and will hopefully have your booking with us time and time again.

Date changes are not allowed once the booking is confirmed. However, you can change the vehicle details, terminals and drop off and pick up times.


Important: Merry Parking is an agent for the featured Car Park. We DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles.

Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 to 30 minutes prior to arriving at the Heathrow airport.

The chauffeur will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at your departure terminal, Heathrow airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park. 

On the day you come back from your trip, give a call to the same number once you land and then again while you collect your luggage. Come to the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at your arrival terminal. Our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle. 

Important: Merry Parking is a booking agent for Wiz Park Ltd. Merry Parking DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles. You are required to contact the Car Park provider when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. The relevant Car Park provider's contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Merry Parking does not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park.

Reasonably priced for Heathrow airport parking but had to wait quite a long time (over 20 minutes) when I first arrived at the airport, even after phoning as requested. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time before my flight and I will know that I must do the same if I use this service again. Coming back was better but I still had to wait for between 10-15 minutes before the car was returned and yes, I had phoned them to give as much notice as possible.

Excellent. I was running late due to M25 traffic, no problem. Returned flight was 15min early, I phoned as I left the plane, and the car came at the same time as I got to the M&G area. Couldn't be better and good value to boot.

Our plane landed at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 1030 pm and by 11pm we were in our own car on the road. I phoned as soon as we'd got our bags, walked through to the short stay car park, waited 10 mins and our car turned up. No damage, not dirty and no extra mileage on the car (I checked my mileage when I dropped the car off and took a photo of it). The man was very polite and I am very happy with Merry Parking. I'd use them again.

As value for money, Merryparking is excellent. We had a couple of hitches ...all resolved. On departure, though the driver turned up ok, he had no details, so I had to let him photograph me “contract”. On our return though booked for 7 am, at first there was only an ansaphone, and when we finally got through (having already got our luggage) we had to wait for nearly an hour. All was well once we were on the road.

Car collected as arranged. We were a day late coming back but this was not a problem - the waiting time for delivery was probably extended and there was (of course) a modest charge for the extra day. Overall a positive experience at a reasonable price.

Despite mixed reviews I had no problems with this service. The meet aspect was on-time so no waiting around. On my return it took at least thirty minutes for my car to be returned to the terminal after my phone call. Not a massive amount of time although quicker would have been better.

Excellent service throughout Booked through groupon Spoke to lady on phone took me through whole procedure and reassured me as it was my first time using merry parking. Spoke to and met Mr hamza at LHR T5, again superb timing and real good service. Unfortunately we were kept waiting for over 15 minutes at the drop off point despite having called 30 mins before as instructed which at 0530 is a pain when it's cold. That said, car was waiting for us when we arrived so all in all it was fine - things don't go to plan all the time!

This is the third or fourth time I've used Merry Parking. Have always been a little tentative to use them as reviews for them and other similar parking services are so mixed. However I;ve never had a problem with them. They were a few mins late when we dropped off on departure but we were possibly a little early. On arrival back at Heathrow they arrived with the car as we stepped out the terminal building. All in a all I've had good experiences with Merry Parking and will use them again.

On arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 the pick-up driver was waiting for us and on our return we had no more than 5 minutes to wait for our car to be returned to us. Amazing service, just what you need after an overnight long-haul flight. Have used them before and will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend this company for "meet and greet".

First class service. They phoned me while I was on my way to Heathrow to check that I was on time. Driver was waiting for me at the entrance to show me where to stop. He checked the car for any damages and took the mileage before driving away. On returning I phoned them when I had picked up my luggage and the car was outside within 20 minutes Excellent service will definitely use again in the future

We arrived at Heathrow after calling as requested before hand and had to wait about 15 minuets for the driver to arrive. On return we arrived early and rang once we had our bags. When we rang we were told we would have to wait until our allotted time for our car and it arrived about 10 minuets late. Drivers were very courteous and the car was clean. Overall a good service.

We received the best service possible, we were early for our parking slot and the team went out of their way to make sure we did not have to wait. On the way back we got an earlier flight, and again they managed to squeeze us in so that we did not have to wait long. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely charming. The service from the pick up was very polite. Did have to wait quite awhile for the return pick up because the plane was early and no one was a available when we called but after the second phone call they arrived on level 5 quite quickly.

Never had a problem with this service! We have used them for over a year now on numerous business trips at Heathrow and Gatwick. We may have to wait a few minutes when we drop off the car but hardly ever when we return! Last Sunday there where 3 people waiting for their cars and overheard one saying he had been waiting over 20 min already with no sign of his car yet, we waited no longer than 5 and our car arrived earlier than they said! Great service we will definitely be using them again! Great prices and can always find a code to get a little extra discount. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service. The only problem is thst my car is absolutely filthy. The roof is completely covered in seeds from i think sycamore trees. It has cost me £5 today which is a little unfair.

Very easy. Driver was waiting to pick the car up and the car was returned safely. Had a little trouble getting hold of the company to return the car once we had picked up our baggage, but this may well have been an issue with my phone. Price included getting in and out of the car park.

Why park anywhere else? We've used Merry Parking about 3 or 4 times now and they've all been good, but the Heathrow was the best! Once we arrived the driver was already waiting for us. We expected delays, but from dropping the car off to clearing security, 21 minutes! Very pleased.

good reliable service. it can be difficult to coordinate your arrival because of traffic, so there can be a delay if you get it wrong. Like wise you have to wait for your car to be delivered back. If you're happy with this it is a great service and I found them very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out. Graham

Excellent service. Efficient drop off even though we did phone a little late - thank you, we even managed to catch our coach to Gatwick. However, pick up meant waiting around for a while - could that be improved? Of course you need to make sure you have your baggage before you phone but is there anything else that could be done. Nevertheless, would definitely use Merry Parking again.

Very good service generally. Would be helpful to state that drop-off and collection points are at the farthest end of stated rows as there are other parking providers on the same rows which you meet first which makes it a bit of guess work in locating the correct place to park/collect. Otherwise, very efficient service.

Really positive experience. Guy came prompt to collect car, was available on his phone when needed. Was easy on way back as he was there as soon as we were at door. Not a bad word to say !

I regularly use meet and greet from different companies however this time the service was rather poor. The whole idea is not to waste too much time dropping or picking up the car and I had to wait half an hour for the drop-off and almost 50 minutes for the pick up which is unacceptable. The driver did apologise saying there was a lot of traffic but the delay meant I hit the rush-hour and delayed me by at least another half an hour.

We used this service from Heathrow for our first trip from that airport and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We contacted the number when we were on our way, a fella came and signed the paper and off we went straight in to departures. No driving around or trying to find a space - Just right outside the main doors. Coming back after a 12 hour flight we contacted again when we had our bags and the car pulled up just as we exited the airport. It made the whole experience stressfree and it was excellent service and great value for money. I wouldn't look anywhere else in the future.

My flight was cancelled from nice to Heathrow so it meant I was going to be 10 hours late. I rung merry parking and this was not a problem for them and didn't charge me any extra . I use this company a lot as I travel so much and it has always been great service . Many thanks keep up the good work

Service all very good and efficient. Only issue was driver spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with him, however the main contact people were very good with communication or organising the car promptly so there were no overall issues

Couldn't easily identify where to drop the car off so phoned & they came to where we were so that was great. Waited around 10 mins for the car to be returned but a good service, very polite staff as with Bristol so would definitely use again.

The actual arrangements for dropping off and collecting the vehicle were excellent, the only downside to the service was that my car was returned to me covered in dust and bird droppings. However, the competitive price and the rest of the service made up for having to have the car cleaned.

Very highly. This was a daytime departure and collection from T5 LHR. Had to wait about 10min on drop off and about the same after notifying once bags collected. All very simple and cost effective. Much better than previous experiences with Purple Parking where their staff ransacked car and stole SatNav! Will definitely use again. Robert

This has been the 6th time I did use this company and I always had a fantastic service. Expecially this time when the B.A. falieure I.T. System kick in I had to recall the car and they brought back the car and modified the booking free of charge. Thank you I 'll use again your service.

Because I had never been to terminal 2 before and I wanted to get a cup of tea after a 14 + hour flight I never call for the car until I was at the entrance to the car park where I got my tea, I was quoted 45 minutes for delivery of the car. By the time I got my tea checked a few calls and made my way to the carpark the car arrived. Very busy at the drop of point no parking spaces I made contact visually with the driver he went round the block and stopped for me no problem. Would use and recommend Merry Parking. Drop off was fairly quick and easy - no complaints there. On return, my flight came in a little earlier then expected - approx 2hrs before the booked collection time. Surely this wouldn't be an issue you'd think but for this car company it was. I was told my car was in a compound behind other cars booked for earlier release. Something you don't want hear when you're back from a long haul flight with two jet lagged toddlers in tow. I've booked many 'meet and greet' before but this is the first time I've been left waiting for my car pick up. Not something I'm keen to experience again.

Took me 45 mins to drop off my car despite calling in advance when required and the three times once arrived at drop off point. Then took me an hour to get the car back, yes, I was earlier than I said on my parking end time but that was in case I was late to avoid charges, I emailed to say I would be in earlier then called to say I have my bags and it took an hour from then. Meet and greet - I don’t think so. Parking 15 mins away and getting a bus would have cheaper and quicker. When called to complain on return, assistant put phone down on me. Avoid like the plague.

Good on the return however ended up waiting 35mins for driver to meet & greeet on way out even when making contact 30minutes prior to arrival (as per instructions). Totally unacceptable for a meet & greet service. Consequently, we missed out on time in the airport lounge which is a nice (& expensive) way to start your holiday rather than waiting in your car (with family) waiting for someone to arrive to Cole t your car!

Phoned 30 minutes before arrival on both outbound and inbound flights. On arrival at Heathrow we then had to wait an hour for a driver and kept being told that they were only 10 minutes away when they clearly weren't. When we arrived back at Heathrow we went through the same delays for approx 50 minutes. My car was completely clean when I handed it over but covered with some sort of dust/dirt when delivered back to me. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

collect my car yestrday,when i reach home in oxford after 1 hour there is a big scratch in the front passanger side,i know there is no point telling now but i am very disappointed, at least the driver can tell me.

The interaction with Wiz Park was great and they were easy to meet and deliver the car back again. However, the driver deliberately closed the door whilst I was nearing the car to hide how muddy the inside was. EVERY footwell was covered in muddy boot prints, not just a little bit but caked in mud. I appreciate you pay for what you get but I'd expect the outside to be dirty but not the inside to be filthy. It ruined a good service and made me wonder why there were 20 extra miles on the car with clearly four people having been in it. Without all of the dirt I would have just accepted that as the distance to the storage area but now I think they could have been using my car to move people around. I won't use them again, I will now have to pay to have my car valeted.
