London Heathrow Terminals Parking provides Heathrow airport meet and greet parking for passengers on business and leisure. We understand the importance of your vehicle's security hence security is our main part of the service.
ULEZ: Please note London’s ULEZ charging date of 29.08.2023 and has expanded and will include Heathrow Airport within the charging zone.
ULEZ non-compliant vehicles will be required to pay ?12.50 to enter the ULEZ zone. Customers will have to bear the ULEZ charges and they have to pay the ULEZ charges for ULEZ non-compliant vehicles when they drop and collect the vehicle. If the customer staying in a hotel overnight in the ULEZ zone and collecting the vehicle from us, you may be required to pay the next day too. The charge is for every day that you enter the zone and is charged from midnight.

We are an agent for Terminal Parking. We DO NOT collect & deliver vehicles. You are required to contact Terminal Parking when you drop off and pick up the vehicle. Terminal Parking's contact number will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Merry Parking do not hold any responsibility for any losses or damages caused to you or your vehicle once the vehicle is handed over to the car park.
Once you call the 24/7 number which is printed on your booking confirmation 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrive at the Heathrow airport.
Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at your departure terminal, Heathrow airport. He or she will meet you there as your details are with him/her. After doing a quick inspection of your vehicle along with you, he/she will take the vehicle and park it in a secure car park.
One the day you come back from you trip, give a call to the same number once you land and then again while you collect your luggage. Come to the SHORT STAY CAR PARK at your arrival terminal. Our driver will be waiting for you with your vehicle.

I made an honest mistake when flying back from USA.
I mistakenly put down that the day of pickup was in fact 1 day earlier than the day I actually arrived. Flights from USA are very often +1 from day of boarding flight.
I had booked parking for six days instead of seven. THE PRICE FOR 6 DAYS IS THE SAME AS FOR 7 DAYS.
Because of this, I was charged £15 extra on collection.
I had also used this company only 6 weeks before too.
I'm a regular traveller but will be hesitant to use this company again.
I feel like I've been mugged.

Called for rates and service only after being delayed in M1/M25 traffic
from just outside T5. Got a decent rate of about £70 for 2 weeks and
a near immediate transfer of key to meet and greet man. On return
had a 10-15 minute wait, not bad compared to say long term carpark
bus transfers and bag carrying. Would recommend and use again.

Great service even though drop off was very early in the morning. Only thing to improve would be signage as on collection there were many people that may have had knowledge of how long the car would be, I just decided to wait until I could see the car entering the car park.

Had a very pleasant experience with Terminal Parking. The car was taken from the airport terminal, that means I did not have to drive to a parking lot or take a shuttle to the terminal from the lot. The same on my way back, the car was brought to the terminal arrival gate at a location agreed on. Smooth. Follow the instructions when you book and you'll be gold. Thanks guys!
