Excellent drop off but had to wait 15 mins in car park for delivery of car despite having landed over 1 hour previously and ringing them 4 times.

Despite mixed reviews I had no problems with this service. The meet aspect was on-time so no waiting around. On my return it took at least thirty minutes for my car to be returned to the terminal after my phone call. Not a massive amount of time although quicker would have been better.

And yet again, brilliant service from Merry Parking. Don't know how many times I have used you now (and I fly a LOT!!!) but I won't go anywhere else for my airport parking needs. Can't be beaten on price and promptness and just lovely drivers :-) THANK YOU

Never had a problem with this service! We have used them for over a year now on numerous business trips at Heathrow and Gatwick. We may have to wait a few minutes when we drop off the car but hardly ever when we return! Last Sunday there where 3 people waiting for their cars and overheard one saying he had been waiting over 20 min already with no sign of his car yet, we waited no longer than 5 and our car arrived earlier than they said! Great service we will definitely be using them again! Great prices and can always find a code to get a little extra discount. Thank you.

Departing from t5 Lhr was a bit confusing from the paperwork we had and finished up in the wrong place but they came and found us no problem. On return we literally walked to the car park and the car was waiting for us. Excellent service friendly drivers and a good price. No damage to vehicle which had only been driven a few miles. Very satisfied despite some of the adverse feedback I read before I left.

good reliable service. it can be difficult to coordinate your arrival because of traffic, so there can be a delay if you get it wrong. Like wise you have to wait for your car to be delivered back. Our plane landed at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 1030 pm and by 11pm we were in our own car on the road. I phoned as soon as we'd got our bags, walked through to the short stay car park, waited 10 mins and our car turned up. No damage, not dirty and no extra mileage on the car (I checked my mileage when I dropped the car off and took a photo of it). The man was very polite and I am very happy with Merry Parking. I'd use them again.

Excellent service. Efficient drop off even though we did phone a little late - thank you, we even managed to catch our coach to Gatwick. However, pick up meant waiting around for a while - could that be improved? Of course you need to make sure you have your baggage before you phone but is there anything else that could be done. Nevertheless, would definitely use Merry Parking again.

Arrival-I phoned as instructed 30minutes before arriving. I could not understand the phone operator. On arriving we had to wait 15minutes for someone to collect our car. On returning, again I called whilst collecting our luggage. I was told to call again when all luggage had been collected. Within 2minutes I phoned again but couldn't get through for 5 attempts. We when out to collect our car and had to wait 25minutes

Good services

I regularly use meet and greet from different companies however this time the service was rather poor. The whole idea is not to waste too much time dropping or picking up the car and I had to wait half an hour for the drop-off and almost 50 minutes for the pick up which is unacceptable. The driver did apologise saying there was a lot of traffic but the delay meant I hit the rush-hour and delayed me by at least another half an hour.

The whole process from start to finish was extremely efficient and the drivers who collected and returned my car were extremely pleasant and cheerful. Altogether an excellent service that I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Meet and Greet is always the best way to deal with the car at the airport. I have never used this company before and there weren't many reviews to look at before I booked. The instructions were very good and the staff polite. I waited longer at both drop off and pick up than I thought I ought to but that said it wouldn't stop me using them again.

We used this service from Heathrow for our first trip from that airport and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. We contacted the number when we were on our way, a fella came and signed the paper and off we went straight in to departures. No driving around or trying to find a space - Just right outside the main doors. Coming back after a 12 hour flight we contacted again when we had our bags and the car pulled up just as we exited the airport. It made the whole experience stressfree and it was excellent service and great value for money. I wouldn't look anywhere else in the future.

Great service, very helpful when phoning and easy to book online. The valet was there to pick the car up when we arrived and when we arrived home after phoning it took about 10-15 mins for him to bring the car to the terminal. All in all very efficient, will definitely use again when required.

I had texted the driver that I was 20 mins away and then found out I had to ring. Nevertheless, it didn't take long for someone to be there and handover the car. Same on arrival. Good value for money and most definitely cheaper than taking a taxi.

Good overall service. They start operating from 4am but that means the earliest drop of is really 4.30am. We were looking for a 4am drop off but that didn't happen - nor were we told. Once arrived though it was quick and simple to drop off and pick up - even though the driver went to the wrong floor - but they called and we went and met him. We used a woucher code and received 20% off so good price.

Had a very pleasant experience with Terminal Parking. The car was taken from the airport terminal, that means I did not have to drive to a parking lot or take a shuttle to the terminal from the lot. The same on my way back, the car was brought to the terminal arrival gate at a location agreed on. Smooth. Follow the instructions when you book and you'll be gold. Thanks guys!

I was very happy with the service. The only problem is thst my car is absolutely filthy. The roof is completely covered in seeds from i think sycamore trees. It has cost me £5 today which is a little unfair.

No issues while flying out. Took 1 hour and 20 mins to get the car back while returning (after the phone call was made, which I did after collecting luggage). Driver apologised, but I consider this to be a very poor service for a valet car parking.

Why park anywhere else? We've used Merry Parking about 3 or 4 times now and they've all been good, but the Heathrow was the best! Once we arrived the driver was already waiting for us. We expected delays, but from dropping the car off to clearing security, 21 minutes! Very pleased.

I made an honest mistake when flying back from USA. I mistakenly put down that the day of pickup was in fact 1 day earlier than the day I actually arrived. Flights from USA are very often +1 from day of boarding flight. I had booked parking for six days instead of seven. THE PRICE FOR 6 DAYS IS THE SAME AS FOR 7 DAYS. Because of this, I was charged £15 extra on collection. I had also used this company only 6 weeks before too. I'm a regular traveller but will be hesitant to use this company again. I feel like I've been mugged.

We followed the instructions given to us and our driver was with us within a couple of minutes to take the car away. On returning from our holiday we called the number as instructed and once again the car pulled up just as we were leaving the terminal building. Being the suspicious type, I noted down the mileage and there was only 11 miles added so wherever they keep the cars isn't far away. If your looking for a good value professional service then Merry Parking are the ones to use.

Because I had never been to terminal 2 before and I wanted to get a cup of tea after a 14 + hour flight I never call for the car until I was at the entrance to the car park where I got my tea, I was quoted 45 minutes for delivery of the car. By the time I got my tea checked a few calls and made my way to the carpark the car arrived. Very busy at the drop of point no parking spaces I made contact visually with the driver he went round the block and stopped for me no problem. Would use and recommend Merry Parking. Called for rates and service only after being delayed in M1/M25 traffic from just outside T5. Got a decent rate of about £70 for 2 weeks and a near immediate transfer of key to meet and greet man. On return had a 10-15 minute wait, not bad compared to say long term carpark bus transfers and bag carrying. Would recommend and use again.

We received the best service possible, we were early for our parking slot and the team went out of their way to make sure we did not have to wait. On the way back we got an earlier flight, and again they managed to squeeze us in so that we did not have to wait long. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely charming. Could not recommend Merry Parking more.

Car drop off process at T5 LHR worked perfectly fine with telephone instructions on where to go in short term car park clear and easy to follow. Checking in within 5 minutes of leaving car. On return needed to wait about 20 minutes as we had over estimated how long it would take after landing to get baggage back and walk to short term car park. Car returned promptly and in the condition we had left it. Would use them again if holidaying for a week or so.

Would be helpful to state that drop-off and collection points are at the farthest end of stated rows as there are other parking providers on the same rows which you meet first which makes it a bit of guess work in locating the correct place to park/collect. Otherwise, very efficient service.

Driver very good indeed and most helpful. Instructions about how to get to the correct placevcould have been clearer. They perhaps need to say keep to left avoiding the three barriers that lead to levels 1-3 since these are the most well signposted as short stay car park and can distract from the level 4 route that is the desired one.

The actual arrangements for dropping off and collecting the vehicle were excellent, the only downside to the service was that my car was returned to me covered in dust and bird droppings. However, the competitive price and the rest of the service made up for having to have the car cleaned.

The service from the pick up was very polite. Did have to wait quite awhile for the return pick up because the plane was early and no one was a available when we called but after the second phone call they arrived on level 5 quite quickly.

Reasonably priced for Heathrow airport parking but had to wait quite a long time (over 20 minutes) when I first arrived at the airport, even after phoning as requested. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time before my flight and I will know that I must do the same if I use this service again. Coming back was better but I still had to wait for between 10-15 minutes before the car was returned and yes, I had phoned them to give as much notice as possible.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Merry Parking. Have always been a little tentative to use them as reviews for them and other similar parking services are so mixed. However I;ve never had a problem with them. They were a few mins late when we dropped off on departure but we were possibly a little early. On arrival back at Heathrow they arrived with the car as we stepped out the terminal building. All in a all I've had good experiences with Merry Parking and will use them again.

I have used them few times and I am very much satisfied with their service. Though one time I found my car very dirty both from outside and inside! nothing else.....

On arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 the pick-up driver was waiting for us and on our return we had no more than 5 minutes to wait for our car to be returned to us. Amazing service, just what you need after an overnight long-haul flight. Have used them before and will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend this company for "meet and greet".

The service was really good, however a lot of fuel appeared to be used, which suggests the car was parked a long way from Heathrow.

As value for money, Merryparking is excellent. We had a couple of hitches ...all resolved. On departure, though the driver turned up ok, he had no details, so I had to let him photograph me “contract”. On our return though booked for 7 am, at first there was only an ansaphone, and when we finally got through (having already got our luggage) we had to wait for nearly an hour. All was well once we were on the road.

We had no problems, and would use Merry Parking again. Thank you.

The driver was waiting for me when I parked and he was waiting for me again when I came back. Quite literally couldn't have been easier. Will be using them again for sure.

When I first arrived my family and I had to wait for about 3 minutes or so. The driver was friendly however when I arrived we had to wait 35 minutes and we had just arrived from a long flight so it was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise pretty average. All in all would use again. A little hiccup as we had to wait for 35 minutes due to traffic prior to calling 40 minutes in advance. Would recommend to a friend.

Car collected as arranged. We were a day late coming back but this was not a problem - the waiting time for delivery was probably extended and there was (of course) a modest charge for the extra day. Overall a positive experience at a reasonable price.

We were met promptly by the driver on arrival at the specified area in the airport. The driver was very polite, took details of the car, mileage etc. we were re-assured that he car would be parked in a secure area about 3.5 miles from the terminal. The car was delivered promptly after we phoned to say we had collected our baggage. The mileage was exactly as it should be, and the car as we had handed over. We are really pleased with the service, and would gladly use the service again. The pricing was at least 40% cheaper than any other.

The collecting chap was there waiting when we arrived at the airport, so absolutely no delays dropping off. And returning the car was also very prompt (we beat him to the drop off point because we had no luggage to collect and passport control had no queues so we were off the plane and out of the airport in record time :-) ). It was all undercover and very smooth and quick, with no problems, so a great service. Would recommend and use again (especially as they were the cheapest :-) ).

Usually the service is good. This time when I came to pick up the car it was dropped to level 5 than level 4 ... Caused confusion.

We arrived at Heathrow after calling as requested before hand and had to wait about 15 minuets for the driver to arrive. On return we arrived early and rang once we had our bags. When we rang we were told we would have to wait until our allotted time for our car and it arrived about 10 minuets late. Drivers were very courteous and the car was clean. Overall a good service.

My flight was cancelled from nice to Heathrow so it meant I was going to be 10 hours late. I rung merry parking and this was not a problem for them and didn't charge me any extra . I use this company a lot as I travel so much and it has always been great service . Many thanks keep up the good work

Brilliant service, quick, easy and on time. They even managed to meet my group from an earlier flight. Highly recommend!

On arrival I called as requested 30 minutes prior to arrival. We arrived on time and had to wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. Why don't you ask for 50 minutes notice to improve punctuality ? On return again we called once we collected the baggage and proceeded to the agreed location. Had been waiting for 25 minutes and called Wiz Park. They advised us the driver was in the Tunnel and would reach us in 2 minutes. We gave it another fifteeen minutes and called again. Driver arrived but at a different location. It took another 8 to 10 minutes to have the car returned. In summary from the initial phone call it took about 55 minutes to get into the car. You can make your own judgement whether this is good or bad however I think to me this looks average to slightly leaning to poor. Should I be happy the car was not damaged ? Only the rear windscreen wiper was dabbled with - an another occasion I had the same car was returned without the wipers.

Took me 45 mins to drop off my car despite calling in advance when required and the three times once arrived at drop off point. Then took me an hour to get the car back, yes, I was earlier than I said on my parking end time but that was in case I was late to avoid charges, I emailed to say I would be in earlier then called to say I have my bags and it took an hour from then. Meet and greet - I don’t think so. Parking 15 mins away and getting a bus would have cheaper and quicker. When called to complain on return, assistant put phone down on me. Avoid like the plague.

Drop off was fairly quick and easy - no complaints there. On return, my flight came in a little earlier then expected - approx 2hrs before the booked collection time. Surely this wouldn't be an issue you'd think but for this car company it was. I was told my car was in a compound behind other cars booked for earlier release. Something you don't want hear when you're back from a long haul flight with two jet lagged toddlers in tow. I've booked many 'meet and greet' before but this is the first time I've been left waiting for my car pick up. Not something I'm keen to experience again.

Phoned 30 minutes before arrival on both outbound and inbound flights. On arrival at Heathrow we then had to wait an hour for a driver and kept being told that they were only 10 minutes away when they clearly weren't. When we arrived back at Heathrow we went through the same delays for approx 50 minutes. My car was completely clean when I handed it over but covered with some sort of dust/dirt when delivered back to me. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The interaction with Wiz Park was great and they were easy to meet and deliver the car back again. However, the driver deliberately closed the door whilst I was nearing the car to hide how muddy the inside was. EVERY footwell was covered in muddy boot prints, not just a little bit but caked in mud. I appreciate you pay for what you get but I'd expect the outside to be dirty but not the inside to be filthy. It ruined a good service and made me wonder why there were 20 extra miles on the car with clearly four people having been in it. Without all of the dirt I would have just accepted that as the distance to the storage area but now I think they could have been using my car to move people around. I won't use them again, I will now have to pay to have my car valeted.

Good on the return however ended up waiting 35mins for driver to meet & greeet on way out even when making contact 30minutes prior to arrival (as per instructions). Totally unacceptable for a meet & greet service. Consequently, we missed out on time in the airport lounge which is a nice (& expensive) way to start your holiday rather than waiting in your car (with family) waiting for someone to arrive to Cole t your car!

collect my car yestrday,when i reach home in oxford after 1 hour there is a big scratch in the front passanger side,i know there is no point telling now but i am very disappointed, at least the driver can tell me.
