Thanks very much, just a couple of points, one when checking in, we were due to check in at terminal I checkin B, so I had to drop my wife and the bags off , then take the car to check in A to drop the car off, and make my way back to check in B on foot, a good two minute walk in the rain. Two, and this is not a criticism off Merry parking, but upon our return we again had to make our way to terminal 1 A departures, and when you have come through arrivals there are absolutely no signs for departures anywhere, so another frustration. The parking staff were pleasant enough though.

The gentleman was very friendly and polite and importantly he was on time and waiting for my family and I upon arrival. I have used similar parking deals in the past with other companies and been left frustrated at the length of time I have been waiting for such...however not the case here. I even received a call prior to my departure to confirm details etc... which was reassuring to know that this company was organised and well aware of my bookings. Very satisfied and will utilise again upon my next excursion. Many thanks and have a good Xmas and New Year Mr Robinson

Excellent service and even when late on arrival due to accidents there was no grumbles. When we were early landing again there was no grumbles. There was only good service provided and an extremely fast arrival of our car. Would highly recommend.

We have found Merry Parking good for value and service for the previous years. But this year we had a slight issue on our return to Manchester the car meeting point was moved to the airport train station terminal without any prior notice to our arrival. This caused a problem to my partner who is still recovering from a stroke and finds walking hard work at the moment. This was a disappointment and put a bit of a negative end to her holiday. This was possibly due to the on going work at terminal 2 but a bit of prior notice would have been appreciated.

Bit of a mix up when I left the car as I had changed the car I was leaving. It had all been cleared with you and new arrangements confirmed but the driver had the wrong information when he came to pick up the car which caused a slight delay. When I picked it up on my return the mat on the driver's side was covered in mud which was a bit disappointing as when we have used you before plastic mats were used to keep the inside of the car clean. On the whole though I was pleased. The price was very reasonable and the drivers were pleasant and polite.

very good pick up on time a polite driver,on the way back we waited 40 min for car delivery, the driver who returned the car said there was a mix up withe a car same colour and nearly the same reg, which sounded like a true account of why the delay,so not a real problem these things happen. other wise job well done,see you later on in the year.
