Excellent service, makes travelling easy. Pick up and return within minutes of phone call. No hanging about, no hassle of finding space. On return phoned, as suggested, just through security car drawing up as we reached the pick up point.

Excellent , although I am unsure of the policy re paying to exit the car park. I seem to recall that the exit fee was included in my booking charge but I had to pay the £1 fee.

Would recommend this service. Driver was waiting in the express drop off area on arrival. Hand over was easy and efficient. On return after a phone call to company saying that we had just gone through passport control we proceeded to the express drop of area. The driver was waiting with the car. We were on the road on our way home in less than 30 mins from landing. What a great service. No waiting around for buses.

Excellent service. I received a phone call the day before confirming everything was still on track. We were met by a very polite helpful worker who took the car. On arrival back at Bristol Airport, called to advise we were back in blighty, the car was ready and waiting. I can't fault this service, will definitely use them again as with meet and greet we didn't have to drag cases around the car parks.

Excellent service. Was easy to book online. They rang us on the morning of departure to remind us to ring when we were a few minutes away. Handover was smooth and we were asked if we wanted a valet while they had the car. We declined that. Pick up was easy and car returned in good order. Would definitely use this service again.

Excellent stress free service. Telephoned to say we were arriving at the aiport. We dropped the car off right outside terminal at the express drop of point on arrival, where a member of staff was waiting. On our return telephoned to say we had collected our luggage and was coming out of the airport. The car was delivered back to the same location as soon as we got to the collection point. Would definately use this service again.

Despite the madness of the drop off zone at Bristol Airport everything ran really smoothly and all on time so we had no waiting time on both drop off and pick up.

Everything was exactly as described. Somebody was waiting for us and the handover at the airport was really quick. On our return journey, we made a quick call as soon as we landed, and again, the man with our car was waiting for us at the agreed place. The car was in exactly the same condition as we'd left it. We would not hesitate to use this service again and will be recommending to all of our friends.

I was very impressed with the standard of service I received. It was excellent value for money, even though they were a bit late when I arrived back, they were very apologetic and said that the traffic was unusually bad, my forward travel was North which was the direction they came from and the traffic was indeed very bad for quite a few miles so they were not just making excuses. Luckily for me there was no hold ups in the direction I was travelling. I will definitely use merry parking again they were very efficient and pleasant, and much cheaper that the airport meet and greet.

Booked via a Groupon deal - best deal EVER!! The guy that met us and our car from Bristol airport was waiting for us following our call to say we were 19 mins away (according to the SatNag), he checked the car, we signed the forms and were advised that they monitor the flights so they would be there with the car when we arrived, so we were off on holiday. Upon our return, a quick call to Merry Parking when we came through arrivals to be told our car was waiting for us in the drop off area - amazing! Collected our keys, paid our £1 to get out the car park - holiday over and on our way home. Would thoroughly recommend this company - we hadn't heard of them either but will certainly use them again. Brilliant for the price. Took a while to find the person who collected the car (this was the same with Bristols own meet and greet though), but only took 5 mins for them to return it after I landed. No problems with the car, didn't get the milk and bread I requested but then it was a novelty and not exactly as important as the actually car parking. All in all very impressed and will definitely use again next time.

Great service. As we arrived at the airport the chap collecting it was walking up the steps to the waiting area and when we came back only had to wait a couple of minutes from phoning - we had hand luggage only and phoned as we came through customs. Will definitely use again.

I have used a number of parking companies at Bristol Airport, and I finally found Merry Parking a couple of years ago. I will always use the company because they are simply the best service and very good value. My car is always cleaned to perfection as I always ask them to valet clean it while I am away. They are always on time, hardly ever have I had to wait for more that 2-3 minutes...and that was because there was a queue to get into the parking area. So all in all, they are a great company to use.

Our first time at Bristol airport. Drop off was satisfactory, difficult to identify Merry Park staff as there were several different Companies operating in a small area & we were unsure exactly where to park as the car park was very busy. When we found the right man the service was efficient. There was a very heavy rain storm when we landed & it was rush hour. The operator advised us that there was heavy traffic around the airport so the car would be delivered in approx. 20 mins. We were therefore really pleased when we got to the car park to find the car ready for collection but unfortunately there was no sign of the Merry Parking Operative. After standing in the rain by the car & approaching several other Companies I phoned again only to be told that all staff had gone to collect more cars & would be back at the car park in 10 mins or so. The total wait time was about 20 mins which wouldn't have been too bad if we knew exactly what was happening but the uncertainty & the heavy rain wasn't a pleasant Welcome Back to England! To top it all we then had to pay £1 to get out of the car park. Would we use Merry Parking again.....staff need to be more easily identifiable, & we now know what to expect so if the price was right - yes we probably would.

As an international travel photographer for more than 20 years I have engaged with a fair few 'Meet and Greet' companies from multiple UK airports. The past 4 months alone I have travelled to 14 countries from the UK and have regularly used a 'Meet and Greet' service companies. 'Merry Parking' out of Bristol provided me an absolutley excellent service by offering a true experience to the meaning 'meet and greet' .......the driver is waiting for you upon your arrival and not keeping you waiting like so many. Thank you, please continue with the good service and I'll be back!

This was so much easier than parking miles away from the airport and have to get a bus and no more expensive. Cheerful, helpful staff, even at 6.45am! Our sim card failed on our return but our car was already outside ready for us. We will use you again. Thank you "Merry Parking".

I booked three cars for collection and drop off. All three vehicle drop off's at the airport were spot on with the drivers very friendly, helpful and courteous. Again all three vehicles were their ready for collection as soon as we had claimed our baggage. Great service.

Excellent service. There was someone waiting to take the car from us when we arrived at the airport. On our return we waited approx 2 minutes fir the car to be returned. Staff were friendly and courteous. Will use again and recommend.

Had a nightmare getting to the airport due to diversions so instead of an hour to spare , we had minutes!!! Handover took just two minutes and we were off on holiday :-). Phew!!! On our return I called as we collected our luggage ... went outside and the car arrived almost instantly. Can't recommend highly enough! Will definitely use again :-)
